Free PSD: Facebook Fanpage Template
Lets face it, designers sometimes need to make a mock-up that doesn’t actually exist which sometimes can be time consuming and extremely irritating. Facebook fanpages have been a very hot topic for clients recently. They are wanting to break into the social media scene. FYC is releasing a mock-up Facebook Fanpage with editable text, posting times and anything else you can think of. Our Twitter PSD Freebie generated such a good response that we decided to give this away as well. Hopefully this will save you some time and help you create and effective facebook mock-up for a potential or current client.

http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/10/27/10-pre-press-tips-for-perfect-print-publishing/
A lot of designers think CMYK is the way to go when designing for print. We will, of course, always use CMYK-based ink, but this does not mean you have to work with CMYK files. You can work with RGB images to perfectly optimize your print colors and save a great deal of time in the process.

Moving Folders within Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
I tutor a lot of photographers who have caused themselves trouble in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. I see a lot of smart people who have caused themselvess a needless hassle by moving photos around their computer without thinking about the effects of their actions on their Lightroom database.
In this video tutorial, I am going to show you how to move your photos from one hard drive to another without upsetting Lightroom. In fact, I’m going to make Lightroom do all of the “heavy lifting.” As a bonus, I’m also going to show you a little trick on how to create new folders from within Lightroom, and how to rename your folders.
